Maya, by Maxify.
An operator, not a chatbot. She looks at your station every day, notices what has not been done, prepares the entry — and asks you only where the answer is genuinely yours.
Nothing to pay now, and no date promised. We write to you before anything is charged.
She notices what did not happen
Software normally waits to be told. The things that cost a pump money are the things nobody did: a day left unclosed, a reading nobody took, a report nobody downloaded. Maya looks every day, whether anybody opens the app or not.
- A business day nobody closed, the morning after
- A nozzle with no closing reading, so the tank has no ground truth
- A tank running low, with the days of stock left
- A customer over their credit limit
- A settlement report nobody has uploaded
She prepares the entry
Not a reminder to go and do it — the entry itself, filled in and waiting for one tap. She cannot save it; you confirm it in the app, under your own name.
- Tomorrow's rate, read from the oil company's own price intimation
- A tanker delivery, from a photograph of the challan
- An expense, from a photograph of the bill
- A reminder to a credit customer, once you say yes
She chases it up
Her journal is a list of what is still open rather than a log of what happened. If nothing is done about it she says so again, and then she tells the owner — which is the difference between a notification and an operator.
- One journal per station, per day
- An escalation when nothing has been done
- Dues reminders to a customer who has agreed to receive them
She answers on WhatsApp
In the app you already have, on the phone you already carry. Ask her what a shift collected or how much diesel is left, in English or Malayalam, by typing or by sending a voice note.
- Bound to a handset you register, which is what proves it is you
- A voice note is answered like any other question
- STOP stops it; START starts it again
What Maya cannot do
This is the part worth reading twice. An agent with a free hand in a dealer's books would be a liability, so she has almost none — and the limits are in the software rather than in a promise.
- She cannot confirm anything from a chat. Every entry she prepares is confirmed by a person, in the app.
- She writes exactly one kind of record on her own — an expense from a bill you photographed — and only up to a rupee ceiling you set, which starts at zero.
- Anything she does write can be undone from the message that told you about it.
- She has her own account and her own name in the audit trail, so every action she takes is attributable, permanently.
- She cannot see a station you do not own, and she stops working the moment a subscription lapses — the same door the rest of the product uses.
- Reminders to your customers are off until you switch them on, and a customer has to accept an invitation before she messages them at all.
What she costs
Per station, on top of nothing — the tier includes everything in the product, the findings and the assistant as well as Maya herself. Pre-booking does not charge you and does not lock the price in; we will write to you before anything is billed.
When?
We are not giving a date. Maya sends and receives messages through WhatsApp's own business platform, and the part that is out of our hands is approval — of the account, and of each message template. Anything we named here would be somebody else's timetable presented as ours. Pre-book and you will hear from us first.
